What BRR is

Technology, artificial intelligence and innovation, with method

BRR Artificial Intelligence is the first strategic unit of the BRR ecosystem. We help individuals, professionals, companies and organisations understand, adopt and apply artificial intelligence and technology solutions clearly, safely and usefully.

We don't start with the tool. We start with the problem, the context, the data, the risks and the people who will actually use the technology.

BRR began with artificial intelligence, but is growing into a business ecosystem open to technology, partners, innovation, investment and new strategic opportunities.

«A technology hub that studies the problem first and chooses the technology second»

BRR Method

We understand the problem first, then choose the technology

The BRR Method doesn't start with the tool. We observe, review, prioritise, design, train, implement and measure, with regulatory compliance present from the start.

  1. Understand
  2. Review
  3. Prioritise
  4. Design
  5. Train
  6. Implement
  7. Measure and scale

BRR Ecosystem

We connect real needs with execution capabilities

When a project needs technical profiles, development, implementation or specialised capabilities, BRR acts as a strategic connection point between people, companies, partners and talent.

Team and leadership

A team behind every project

BRR Artificial Intelligence grew out of the work of its founder, Bárbara Regina Ribeiro, and today operates as a company: its own method, defined services, resources and a network of partners and specialists brought in according to what each project needs. We do not depend on a single person: every engagement is staffed with the right profile.

Frequently asked questions

What companies ask before getting started

What does an AI consultant do for companies?

An AI consultant analyses the company's processes, data and goals to identify where AI adds real value, designs a prioritised implementation roadmap, trains the teams and supports adoption with metrics and regulatory compliance (EU AI Act and GDPR).

How long does it take to implement artificial intelligence in a company?

Every project is sized before it starts, based on scope, available data, technical complexity and team availability. The phased method shows partial results from the beginning, without committing to timelines that depend on factors we do not know yet.

What is the EU AI Act and how does it affect my company?

The AI Act is the European Artificial Intelligence Regulation: it classifies AI systems by risk level and imposes obligations on transparency, human oversight and documentation. Every European company using AI must know which category its systems fall into; building compliance in from the design stage avoids penalties and rework.

Is AI training only for technical profiles?

No. Programmes are designed by profile: leadership (judgement and decision-making), technical teams (AI-assisted development, model deployment) and operations (productivity and automation). Real adoption happens when the whole organisation shares a common language about AI.

Do you work with companies from any sector?

Yes. The method is cross-sector and the experience spans industry, food, public administration, technology services, water and energy, education and more. Every sector has its own priority use cases, and that is exactly where the diagnosis begins.

AI as co-pilot, human decision

At BRR we use artificial intelligence to help research, structure, analyse and improve processes, always with human review, judgement and accountability. AI is a co-pilot. The final decision is never delegated.
