Data processed and purpose

Through the contact form and email, the identification and contact details voluntarily provided by the interested person are collected (name, company, email address and message content), for the sole purpose of handling the enquiry and managing any professional relationship that may arise.

When submitting a testimonial, the data provided by the person is collected (name, role, company, contact email, professional link and, optionally, a photograph) for the purpose of assessing its publication on the website. The email address is not published: it is used solely to contact the person regarding their testimonial. No testimonial is published automatically: all are reviewed beforehand and published only if the person has expressly ticked the authorisation box.

When downloading a resource that requires a form, name, email address and, optionally, company are collected for the purpose of providing access to the requested document. Consent to receive subsequent commercial communications is separate and voluntary: not ticking it does not prevent the download, and it can be withdrawn at any time by writing to the contact address.

Browsing this website does not require registration. The language preference is stored locally through a technical cookie described in the Cookie Policy.

Legal basis

The legal basis for processing is the consent of the interested person when submitting their enquiry (Art. 6.1.a GDPR) and, where applicable, the implementation of pre-contractual or contractual measures requested by the interested person (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).

Retention

Data will be kept for as long as necessary to handle the enquiry and, where applicable, for the duration of the professional relationship and the legally required periods. It will then be deleted.

Recipients

Data is not transferred to third parties except where legally required. The site's fonts are served locally from this domain and do not connect to Google Fonts.
